Overview of the issue
Under some circumstances, the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) freezes and fails to load properly.
Workaround
A common effective solution among affected users has been clearing cache or performing a hard refresh of the browser (CTRL + F5 on Windows or Command + Shift + R on macOS).
