Legacy plugins, not needed for modern WordPress sites

Sticky Links and CMS Navigation date from the years before WordPress had its own menu system and navigation blocks. We keep them available for clients who maintain older sites that were built with them. New sites do not need them.

WPML Sticky Links: rewrites internal links to use post IDs instead of permalinks, so links on older sites survive URL changes and translation.
WPML CMS Navigation: breadcrumbs, dropdown menus, and sidebar navigation rendered by PHP function calls, from before WordPress had a menu system.
