Overview of the issue
Using forms created with the Avada theme’s Forms Builder are not functioning correctly when submitted from a translated page.
Workaround
Please, make sure of having a full site backup of your site before proceeding.
- Open …/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/inc/class-fusion-form-submit.php file.
- Look for line 422.
- Replace:
$site_host_name = preg_replace( '(^https?://)', '', home_url() );
- With:
$site_host_name = preg_replace( '#^www.#', '', wp_parse_url( network_home_url(), PHP_URL_HOST ) );
