Translate Everything – Clicking on the translation icon directs to Translations Queue instead of Advanced Translation Editor

Overview of the issue

If you use WPML’s Translate Everything mode, translations may appear stuck at the Waiting for translation status. When you click on the translation icon, you are redirected to WPML → Translation page instead of opening the Advanced Translation Editor.

Workaround

Our developers are aware of this situation. In the meantime:


  1. Please make a full backup of your site.

  2. Go to WPML → Support and click on the Troubleshooting link.

  3. Click Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs and Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE.
