Overview of the issue
If you are using the dynamic tags for the Elementor Forms widget, you will notice that when trying to translate the fallback value, it appears encoded in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) and it is not possible to be translated.
Workaround
Currently, this feature is only possible to be translated by manually adjusting the fallback value using the WordPress Editor.
