Overview of the issue
If you have a previous WPML version and update WPML CMS before WPML String Translation and WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce, your WordPress admin will display a fatal error.
Workaround
You will need to recover WPML by deactivating the plugin VIA FTP/SSH.
