Overview of the issue
If you are using Formidable Forms plugin, you will notice that Dropdown menu options are displayed correctly in the translated language on the front-end, however the stored field value remains in the original language.
Workaround
This is a design decision from Formidable Forms team. Formidable saves values in the original language and displayed their translation, otherwise conditional logic and other features won’t work as expected.
