Overview of the issue
Clicking the “Insert link” button does not show an option to enter a url. It does not return any response.
The custom products translator allows users to translate WooCommerce products in a different interface than the standard post editor and uses rich text editors for the post content.
Workaround
There is no easy workaround.
This is fixed in WooCommerce Multilingual 3.4.3-beta1
