Overview of the issue
When the LiteSpeed Cache plugin’s Edge Side Includes (ESI) feature is enabled, the WPML Tools tab in Translation Management fails to load. This issue triggers a browser console error:

Workaround
Please, make sure of having a full site backup of your site before proceeding.
- Open …/wp-content/plugins/litespeed-cache/src/core.cls.php file.
- Look for line 720.
- Replace:
$this->_footer_comment .= "\n<!-- " . $data . ' -->';
- With:
$this->_footer_comment .= "<!-- " . $data . ' -->';
