Overview of the issue
You might encounter “No strings” being displayed in WPML > String Translation screen.
The issue may not happen initially, until you select a textdomain or filter in any other way.
Workaround
- Go to WPML > Languages.
- Press “Add new language”
- Do not change the selection there
- Press Save
- Wait for the Ajax action to complete
- Clear the browser cache, re-visit, and filter again in WPML > String Translation.
