Overview of the issue
The Scubo theme includes several custom Elementor widgets that are not currently compatible with WPML. As a result, when you try to translate them, they don’t appear in the Advanced Translation Editor.
Workaround
If you need to translate a widget that is not automatically detected by WPML, you can follow the instructions in our documentation about translating your site manually.
