Overview of the issue
As a Translation Manager, you can choose which other site users have access to automatic translation by going to WPML → Translation Management → Automatic Translation and expanding the option Who Can Use Automatic Translation?
This option is not currently working. Site users who have this turned off can still access automatic translation.
Workaround
We already have a fix for it, and it will be released after it passes our testing.
