Overview of the issue
When using WooCommerce 10.1 with WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce & Multicurrency, the Country Limiter settings for offline payment gateways (e.g., Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Cheque Payments) do not appear.
This issue is caused by changes introduced in WooCommerce 10.1, where the admin interface for managing certain payment methods has been migrated to a Single Page Application (SPA).
Workaround
This issue should be solved with our next release of WCML 5.5.2. In the meantime, you can downgrade to WooCommerce 10.0 and keep it until WCML 5.5.2 is available.
