Overview of the issue
You may notice inconsistencies in the word count feature when working with the GoodLayers core plugin. The reported problem is that WPML’s translation management system is not accurately counting the words in pages or posts created using GoodLayers.
Workaround
It is a known limitation and, currently, there are not immediate plans for a comprehensive fix.
