Compatibility between Forminator plugin and WPML
Forminator does not include a WPML integration at the moment, so it is not compatible with multilingual sites. The form builder from WPMU DEV offers drag-and-drop forms, templates, quizzes, and payments. We keep a list of Form plugins that we recommend for multilingual sites.
