Compatibility between MailPoet 3 (new) plugin and WPML
MailPoet 3 is not currently compatible with WPML. The newsletter plugin sends emails and manages subscribers from inside WordPress, but it has known issues on multilingual sites. Review them before combining MailPoet with WPML.

Please note: MailPoet states the following about multilingual support:
MailPoet does not directly support qTranslate, WPML or Polylang.This said you can still use MailPoet with these plugins to send standard newsletters. Simply ensure:
- to have forms for each language;
- translate the signup confirmation email in all languages since there’s only 1 confirmation email;
- translate the Unsubscribe page and the Manage Your Subscription page.
