WPML 5.0 Beta – A Redesigned Experience and Smarter Automatic Translation
WPML 5.0 is the biggest update we’ve shipped in years.
We just released WPML 4.7.1, an update that fixes several bugs. However, if your site has 29 or more languages, you should wait for WPML 4.7.2, which we plan to release soon.
Since publishing this post, we released WPML 4.7.2, which fixes the issue affecting sites with 29 or more languages. This update also includes performance improvements for WooCommerce stores.
This update includes fixes for:
rawurlencode()While WPML 4.7.1 includes important fixes, it does not resolve an issue affecting sites with 29 or more languages. On these sites, the Translation Management Dashboard will not load.
We’re actively working on a fix, and WPML 4.7.2 will be released soon to resolve this issue.
We are gradually releasing WPML 4.7.1 to a small percentage of sites. This update is not being automatically pushed to all sites because it does not yet include a fix for the issue affecting large multilingual sites.
If WPML 4.7.1 fixes an issue you’re experiencing, you can update manually from your WordPress dashboard. Otherwise, we recommend waiting for WPML 4.7.2.
