Descrizione

Restituisce l’ID di un elemento nella lingua corrente o in un’altra lingua specificata.

Per impostazione predefinita, WPML regola automaticamente gli ID per visualizzare tutti gli elementi del tema nella lingua corrente. Questa impostazione è attivata di default nella pagina WPML → Lingue. Tuttavia, se stai creando il tuo tema da zero, usa la funzione wpml_object_id per regolare manualmente gli ID. Questo approccio è più efficiente in termini di elaborazione.

Argomenti

$element_id: (int) (Obbligatorio) L’ID del tipo di post (articolo, pagina, allegato, post personalizzato) o del termine della tassonomia (tag, categoria, tassonomia personalizzata) da filtrare
$element_type: (string) (Obbligatorio) Il tipo di elemento a cui appartiene l’ID. Può essere post, page, {custom post type key}, nav_menu, nav_menu_item, category, post_tag, {custom taxonomy key}
$return_original_if_missing: (bool) (Opzionale) Se impostato su true, restituirà sempre un valore (il valore originale, se manca la traduzione). Il valore predefinito è FALSE
$ulanguage_code: (mixed) (Opzionale) Se mancante o NULL, utilizzerà la lingua attuale. Se impostato su un codice lingua, restituirà una traduzione per quel codice lingua o l’originale se la traduzione manca e $return_original_if_missing è impostato su TRUE. Il valore predefinito è NULL
