There are two places to look at AI translation consumption, and they’re built for different moments.

The agency-wide view is at your WPML account. Sign in and the agency dashboard sections appear automatically once your account has multiple sites attached. This is where you do agency work: every client site’s consumption in one place, per-organization filtering, spend caps, agency-level invoices, the data you export to bill clients.

The per-site view is inside each site’s WordPress admin, at WPML > AI Translation Billing. It shows that site’s billing state: words available, this cycle’s spend, recent invoices, usage reports. Two reasons to reach for it:

• No wpml.org account needed. A client’s content team or in-house editor can see their site’s translation usage without an agency account login. Sensitive actions (cancelling PAYG, transferring words, buying prepaid blocks) are gated to the WPML.org account owner, so the same screen serves owners and non-owners safely.
• A quick consumption check without context-switching. Anyone working on a site, including you, can glance at the billing screen mid-task without leaving the site’s admin.
