WPML

Open it at WPML > Translations > Translation Jobs. For the translator’s view, see Translation Tasks.

What the Tab Shows

A list of every translation job: automatic, manual, or sent to an external service. Each row shows:

  • Title of the source content.
  • Type. Post, Page, custom post type, taxonomy term, content template.
  • Languages. The language pair (for example, English » Spanish).
  • Translated by. What’s translating the job: Automatic translation, an assigned translator, or a connected translation service.
  • Deadline.
  • Status. In progress, Completed (green), Completed – Needs update (amber, when the source was edited after the translation was made), Not started.

Filters at the top narrow the list by language pair, content type, or status. Bulk actions handle selected jobs in groups, useful when many jobs need to be cancelled or reassigned at once.

A Manager View, Not a Translator’s Queue

Per-job actions on this tab are management actions: cancel a job, reassign it to a different translator. If you’re a translator looking for tasks assigned to you, the right tab is Translation Tasks. See For translators – how to translate with WPML.

This tab is visible to administrators and to users with the Translation Manager role. Users with only the Translator role don’t see it.
